I called Jim with a problem which I thought was with the Chubb lock on my front door. On arrival Jim explained that I did not have a Chubb style lock and just a Yale type! His advise was invaluable and he showed me that the lock I had was very basic and would not have been covered by my insurance should I be broken into as I had no dead lock. Jim immediately fixed the lock on my font door immediately and returned the following day to fit the appropriate lock required for my full security. I had no idea that I did not have the appropriate security required for my insurance policy and I am very grateful for his knowledge and no obligation advise. Very reasonably priced and professional. We contacted Jim very last minute and he promised to complete the work on the set date as the company was due an inspection. Despite being held up on another job he still turned up and worked all evening till almost 1am (!) to ensure he completed the work before our inspection. We were absolutely delighted with him and beyond appreciative! He was efficient, friendly and cleaned up wonderfully after himself. We would recommend him to anyone.
